- We reserve the right to refuse notarization if a document is incomplete, fraudulent, or if the signer appears unwilling or unable to sign.

- We facilitate obtaining an apostille but do not guarantee approval from state or federal agencies.
- Processing times may vary and are subject to government agency timelines.
2.3 Translation Services
- We provide document translations for official and legal purposes.
- While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for third-party rejection of translations.
- Certified translations may include a notarized affidavit upon request.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information for notarization, apostille, or translation services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your documents meet legal requirements before requesting our services.
- You acknowledge that notarization does not validate the content or legality of a document.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
- Refunds are generally not provided after services are rendered, except in cases of proven error by us.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by third parties (e.g., government agencies, courier services).
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
